We are a drill rig manufacturer and distributor located in Victoria, Australia and have been operating for over 10 years. We work closely with Hanjin D&B in South Korea and Massenza Drilling Rigs in Italy as their exclusive distributer for the South Pacific Region and also Manufacture our own wholly Australian made and designed McCulloch DR950 & DR1200.
In our 10 years of business we’ve supplied over 150 machines from all three manufacturers up to this date and have no plans on stopping anytime soon! From small geotechnical to large scale water well, CBM and Oil & Gas rigs we’re Australia’s leading Drill Rig supplier. Our team at McCullochs D&B take pride in our knowledge of the industry, are continuously working with both customers and suppliers to implement new and improved designs to make drilling as safe and as efficient as possible. We have been working closely over several months with Egan Drilling and @massenzadrillingrigs finalising the exact specifications of their new Mi55. Packing a massive 55-tonne pullback, a 20-inch casing advance table, and both flooded RC and dual rotary capabilities into a single package, it solves the usual industry headache.
Instead of working around the gap between dedicated dual rotary rigs and large-diameter water well setups which usually means deploying two separate rigs, this Mi55 handles both jobs on a single mobilization!
